San Juan Night is a celebration made for being outdoors and for enjoying drinks that live up to the occasion. At Bodegas Valdepablo, we have been crafting vermouths and sangrias for almost a century for those very special moments—the ones we remember.
The easiest option to prepare for a large group is festival sangria. Take a bottle of Luis The Marinero Red Sangria, add slices of orange and lemon, some chopped strawberries, a cinnamon stick and plenty of ice to a large jug. One hour in the fridge before heading out is enough. Take it in a chilled flask and serve it at any point during the night without needing anything else. Simple, festive and full of flavour.
The summer vermouth spritz is the second option: lighter, with that sparkling touch that works especially well at the beginning of the evening. Use two parts red vermouth, one part brut cava and a splash of sparkling water. Serve it in a large glass with ice and a slice of orange.
